In his role as Senior Director of Innovation and Research Analytics, Jonathan Kutrubes provides institutional analytical support for all facets of innovation and research activity at Mass General Brigham. Specifically, Jonathan is responsible for the development and reporting of income statement and balance sheet results, as well as quarterly and annual reporting for all of innovation and research management. Jonathan also serves as a business analyst for various research departments and assists in the development of internal reporting capabilities with micro strategy. In addition, Jonathan supports space management process improvement initiatives and provides operational trend and productivity analysis, promoting greater operational efficiencies across Mass General Brigham.
Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Jonathan was vice president of the U.S. division of finance at John Hancock Financial Services and Manulife Financial (MFC). Jonathan holds an MBA in finance and marketing from the Northeastern University Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree in economics from Bates College. Jonathan has also completed an executive management training program at Boston University and an executive leadership training program at the University of Toronto. He also holds two scrum certifications for project management.
