As a Senior Project Manager for Business Development, Melissa Ouellet is responsible for a range of system-wide business development projects at Mass General Brigham. This includes the primary focus on commercialization of digital health innovations, collaboration with industry partners, and exploration of digital and artificial intelligence investments for the venture fund.
Before joining Mass General Brigham, Melissa worked as a project manager at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, a national health care staffing agency. There, Melissa was part of the government division, working with physicians, medical directors, and small business strategic partners to provide supplemental coverage to VA hospitals, Indian Health Services and tribal facilities, Department of Defense facilities, and correctional facilities.
She holds an MS in project management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in communication from Saint Anselm College, where she also competed as a Division II student-athlete on the volleyball team.
