As the Senior Project Manager for the World Medical Innovation Forum, Michelle Grdina leads the planning and execution of the annual Forum in Boston, featuring nearly 200 C-suite presenters and 2,000 attendees. She also supports internal and external engagement programs and activities. Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience in event and program management and began her event planning career managing concurrent multi-day reunion events for the Harvard College Alumni Association. She spent five years as the program manager at the MIT Deshpande Center, where she managed and executed logistics for events with the mission of connecting MIT’s faculty to commercialization opportunities and engaging investors with the Center. Michelle has a BA from Colby College.
