Monica Anderson

As Senior Director, Monica Anderson is responsible for research applications and innovation operations. In this role, she manages product owners and software engineers focused on the design, development, and delivery of critical administrative systems that support our enterprise research and innovation needs. Monica also oversees Innovation operations, including IP and invention disclosure administration, licensed revenue cycle, and patent expense management. Over the course of her 15-plus years at Mass General Brigham, Monica has helped lead dozens of transformational projects that have enabled us to run better and analyze our operations. Monica holds a BS in nursing from Boston College.
