In her role as Project Specialist, Quality Assurance Engineer, Snigdha Kundur, is responsible for the development and management of test automation for the Insight application. She is a certified professional scrum master with PSM I certification and a professional scrum product owner with PSPO I certification. She is also responsible for supporting the disclosures module in Insight.
Snigdha began working with Mass General Brigham as a student intern and later transitioned to the role of applications analyst, where she oversaw analysis, design, and implementation of projects in Insight application. Snigdha received her master's degree in informatics at Northeastern University in Boston. Prior to that she worked as a systems engineer with Infosys Limited, India for four years.
