Tracy Kosman, PhD

RNA Lead, Amplify

Tracy Kosman is an accomplished biotech and pharmaceutical industry leader with over a decade of experience in RNA therapeutics and oligonucleotide technologies, and more than 15 years in drug discovery for neurodegenerative diseases. She is a recognized expert in antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapeutic development, having co-invented Qalsody (SOD1 ALS antisense therapy) and advanced three genetic targets from research to first-in-human clinical studies within seven years.

 

Tracy has held senior roles at organizations including TAKRA Consulting, N-Lorem Foundation, Neurocrine Biosciences, and Ionis Pharmaceuticals, where she provided strategic and scientific leadership across the full drug discovery lifecycle. She is credited on 12 clinical development patents and has authored over 10 peer-reviewed publications. Tracy holds a PhD in Neurobiology and Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and is active in industry volunteering, including leadership/advisory roles with WomenInBio, Life Sciences Cares, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
