Ying (Frank) Shen has been working for Mass General Brigham since 2007 as a developer and tech-supporter of the Insight application on the research navigator site. As a member of the database and operation support team, Frank leverages his years of experience to ensure the smooth operation of the Insight application and supporting systems. Frank is adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving and takes a collaborative approach to ensuring that our research application systems are running smoothly. Frank holds a master's degree in information system from a leading university and has completed a range of professional development courses to enhance his skills and knowledge.
