Serving Our Communities
Excellent care close to home
We’re dedicated to improving the health and lives of the people in the communities that are nearest to us.

Facing crisis, meeting demand
Upon the outbreak of COVID-19, it became clear that some communities were hit harder than others. Our team acted fast by setting up free testing sites, offering information in multiple languages, and delivering over 330,000 care kits that included hand sanitizer, soap, and masks.
When in distress, every man becomes our neighbor.
Driven by compassion and collaboration
On-the-ground physicians and nurses. Social workers and community health workers. Recovery coaches and behavioral health support specialists. These are some of the faces you’ll meet on our Population Health team. Discover how they work to bring better health for the good of all by focusing on the needs of individuals.
Centers of care throughout
There are 20 community health centers owned and operated by or affiliated with Mass General Brigham. Each location ensures that patients in these communities get top-quality care that’s close to home.
Strengthening communities for a healthier Boston
Mass General Brigham helped establish the first city-wide community health needs assessment (CHNA), aimed at how economic, social, and environmental factors affect the health of Boston residents.
