The Sports Nutrition program offers nutrition consultations tailored to the unique athletic needs of women and girls at all levels of competition.
The Sport Psychology program treats the whole athlete, with a team of mental health experts trained to help competitive athletes thrive, even after injury.
The Preventative Training program offers research-based, clinical expertise to assess an athlete’s risk of injury, and design preventative and customized treatment plans.
