The Mass General Brigham Innovation Fellows Program is a unique program, providing a rare opportunity to be immersed in collaborative, team-based projects in an industry setting. Fellows receive direct mentorship from top industry executives and senior leadership at world-renowned hospitals, as well as proprietary educational online programs.

A Mass General Brigham-wide program model allows uniform access to a deep pool of high-caliber early-career Harvard-appointed candidates. The Fellows Program also provides maximum flexibility for both fellows and host industries.
