As Director of Contracts, Jessica Hanley is responsible for her and her team’s negotiation of research-related and intellectual property-based agreements with industry partners. Jessica also supports the strategic alliance team in negotiating corporate research program agreements and research alliance agreements. She has over 10 years of experience in industry-sponsored transactional work at Mass General Brigham. Prior to joining Innovation, Jessica practiced at a law firm, where she represented business clients on transactional matters and contract disputes.
Jessica received her JD from Suffolk University Law School and her BS from Northeastern University. Jessica’s bar admissions include Massachusetts, New Hampshire, United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
